Thank you so much. I used 11 images for this one at f8, they were pretty heavily overlapped to avoid any out of focus areas.

I use a technique called focus stacking which involves taking several shots at different focal points and combining them either in a program called combinezm or by hand in CS3. Its a way for me to get both the refraction inside the drop and the drop itself in focus without bringing to much of the background into focus as would happen if i tried to shoot at a small appeature.
