I think the lighting is really good, but I'm not an expert - I always just use natural light (don't have any flashes). I notice one strange thing though, which I'm not sure if it's related or lighting or not, and maybe it's just me... But the green background on the upper-right, it almost looks like it's in front of the spider, because of how it abruptly cuts off, lined up perfectly with the spider's eye.
