Taken with Canons MPe-65 and MT24ex Twin Flash. Taken handheld while braced on a bean bag. Natural light with a little bit of fill flash.

If anyone can help with Noise removal either in Lightroom or CS4 then please let me know as when my computer broke i lost my copy of Neat Image :-(
